How far in advance should we book your services?
Based on my experience, it would be advisable to consider booking me at least six months before your wedding day to ensure that the required date is available. It's common for couples to book their wedding videographer approximately 9 to 12 months before their wedding date.
What is your booking process, and how do we secure our date?
We kindly request a deposit of 20% of the total package cost to confirm and reserve your wedding date. This deposit is non-refundable but will be deducted from the final cost of your wedding package. The remaining balance must be settled no later than 30 days before the wedding date.
Are there any additional fees we should be aware of?
Rest assured that there are no additional fees included in the package, and travel is already covered unless it is outside the UK, in which case travel cost terms will apply.
How long does it take to receive the final video?
The delivery timeline is 8 to 12 weeks. Wedding teaser delivered in 48 hours.
Is it possible to select any song from the internet for our wedding film?
The simple answer is NO. Due to copyright law, I can use only licensed music for my work. I license music from independent artists, and the fee is included in the package. I pick the music based on your wedding style, energy, and personality. You can still choose the music you like from the library I use.
Will you visit the venue beforehand to plan shots and angles?
I have experience working in different venues, lighting conditions, and situations, so I don't require extra time to determine angles, positions etc.
Do you have a backup plan in case of bad weather or other challenges on the wedding day?
I always have a plan, even when it rains during weddings. Creativity knows no bounds, even when the weather is bad. If you're up for a conga dance with umbrellas in the rain, that's great! But if you prefer to capture indoor shots with creative lighting, that's also an option.
